 Kelston Boys’ High School is proud of its ‘second to none’ reputation in sporting codes across New Zealand secondary school sport, holding titles across many codes at provincial and national level, and strives to provide fitting facilities for its athletes.

Urban Effects was proud to work closely with the school’s administration team to upgrade the dilapidated wooden terraced seating overlooking their fields, where students train and compete in athletics, soccer, rugby and rugby league to name but a few.

After a series of site visits to discuss options, the Urban Effects team removed and disposed of the old seating to make way for the installation of our low maintenance, marine grade aluminium Duraform Benches.

The terrace of 42 graffitti-resistant, low maintenance benches, finished in contrasting blue and red to reflect the school’s colours, will provide a fitting setting for students, parents and community to cheer on their athletes.
